Our client is a recognized industry leader in award-winning networksecurity technologies that is experiencing enormous growth and who's offerings are well-regarded as being some of the most innovative in their space. As a result of their expansion we are seeking a successful, hungry, hunter candidate to join their team and make their mark in this role.

Position title: Account Executive

Location: Washington DC/Virginia/Maryland metro area

Position description:

Our client is an industry leader and leader in their space that is experiencing significant expansion and as a result in search of proven networksecurity sales professionals for these positions that have the desire to manage their own territory and have control of their destiny and represent some of the top offerings in the space in a fast growing market. We are seeking strong, hungry professionals with hunter mentalities that can leverage their knowledge and contacts to meet revenue goals in a defined geography.

Position description :

  • Prospect for new accounts across all verticals and maintain and sell to existing accounts Enterprise
  • Manage accounts to maintain strong relationships and to keep them updated on new product offerings
  • Work closely with and develop new channel partners to help meet revenue goals.
  • Sell and develop relationships at the C level and to work closely with internal teams

Required skills:

  • 8-10+ years direct sales experience in the technology industry with strong technical knowledge in the areas of TCP/IP, routing protocols, firewalls, routers, and switches. Understanding of networksecurity, web application firewalls, cloud operations and virtualization is a plus
  • Experience working withchannel partners, integrators, etc.
  • Stable employment history
  • Contact base of C-level contacts in the geography
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of quota attainment
  • Self-motivated with strong hunter mentality
  • Bachelor's degree

$120K - $275K
