Manage renewal, retention, and add-on sales of Stop Loss book of business including analyzing client plans, identifying opportunities, facilitating renewal and retentionprocesses, and advising clients on all products and plan functions.

 

*** Develop and sustain relationships with customers and brokers.

 

*** Respond to inquiries regarding claims, eligibility, plan design, and reporting.

 

*** Analyze client plans and historical data to enhance client retention and value.

 

*** Develop and maintain client-specific strategic action plans by regularly reviewing service needs and trends.

 

*** Consult on products, industry trends, and plan functions to provide benefit, product, and funding options.

 

*** Interact with brokers, consultants, and vendors on behalf of clients.
