Overview: This position manages the business relationship between the major accounts, sales representatives and the company.


Major Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

* Maintains and builds relationships with key decision-makers

* Reviews trends with buyers

* Implements season profitability plans

* Reviews weekly sales performance

* Analyzes customer business opportunities

* Conducts presentations and meetings with key customers

* Recommends and implements marketing strategies

* Participates in shoe shows

* Coordinates merchandising


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

* Minimum of 3 years related experience

* Detail-oriented, assertive and able to work in a multi-task, fast-paced environment
