$90K — $120K + $100K bonus
Our client offers a unique Benefits Technology / SaaS solution and is looking for driven, high energy Account Executives / Sales representatives. This company is a privately held, well-funded smaller organization that has grown significantly over the years, but is now poised for even faster growth.
* Individual contributor working from a home office.
$100-120k base salary / $200k+ OTE. Uncapped commissions, plus other incentives and benefits.
* Required: 5-10+ years’ experience selling within the Benefits software / technology space (ideally with SaaS experience) and to enterprise level accounts. Also may come from Enrollment firms, Benefits consulting, or possibly even the insurance carriers or brokers (if tech savvy, initiative taking and could be comfortable in a small, less structured organization).
* Experience partnering with Benefits Brokers a major plus.
