Primary Responsibilities and Duties will include:
- Proactively manage a full book of business while providing M&A/Due Diligence support
- Proactively drive discussions around plan performance and design
- Knowledge of loss sensitive, alternative risk transfer, self-insured retentions and captive programs
- Identify, analyze and quantify prospect/client exposures
- Role requires M&A/Due Diligence support
- Develop customized solutions for clients risk management needs
- Develop conceptual programs as needed
- In depth knowledge of policy language with ability to manuscript language for customized programs and coverage needs
- Develop marketing strategies to obtain competitive pricing and terms
- Provide coverage analysis on renewals, new business and due diligence projects
- Compare and evaluate carrier policy forms
- Maintain existing and develop new market relationships
- Any other assignment that management deems appropriate
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Resident P&C License required
- M&A/Due Diligence experience preferred but not required
- 10+ years of insurance industry experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong experience in growing new revenue with current clients as well as contributing to new client acquisition
- Proven experience managing multiple teams delivering on client projects
- Ability to multitask and work with minimal direction
