As a member of the inside sales team you will be responsible for selling one or more of the following transactions.  

  • Enterprise registrations for our annual telecom management conference each April 
  • Vendor registrations for our annual vendor conference each October 
  • Enterprise subscriptions to our AOTMP University online courses 



  • Prospect and identify opportunities to sell event registrations and AOTMP University subscriptions 
  • Drive sales efforts through targeted campaigns and extensive follow up 
  • Leverage social media, B2B calling and emailing daily 
  • Be comfortable creating 150 - 200 activities per day and navigating the corporate environment 
  • Become an expert on AOTMP enterprise and vendor events  
  • Use Salesforce CRM to maintain data cleanliness (update contact and account information based on research), manage prospects and track opportunities 
  • Actively manage pipeline to meet or exceed monthly goals 
  • Assist in the continued development of the online sales department 



  • 3 to 5 years of transaction salesexperience 
  • Highly motivated with a positive ?do whatever it takes? attitude and a strong desire to be successful by closing sales.  
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively and cross-functionally with all levels of management (internal and external) 
  • Microsoft Office applications experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Excellent attendance track record and be able to work 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday
