RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides day-to- day support/services to assigned clients
  • Responsible for delivering quality materials on time and on budget
  • Responsible for driving a project forward to completion once scope has been defined and approved
  • Manage all aspects of campaigns inception to execution
  • Attends and facilitates (as appropriate) status meetings, client meetings and client calls
  • Participates in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of campaigns
  • Acts as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects
  • Supports and collaborates with senior members of the account team on tactical and strategic aspects of the account
  • Associated deliverables include but are not limited to setting meeting agendas, scoping projects, status reporting, working on competitive analyses and trends research, and setting up decks, request forms, estimates and timelines

TASKS:

  • Manage client relationships, projects and expectations
  • Establish realistic schedules and budgets for internal distribution and client approval
  • Initiate creative briefs/project briefs for project kickoff
  • Guide creative development to ensure consistency in all communications
  • Complete conference reports following meetings/conference calls
  • Analyze competitive activity
  • Update weekly status reports
  • Open jobs, complete change requests
  • Request/monitor/track production estimates
  • Complete insertion orders, submit materials to publications
  • Review and proof changes before forwarding files to clients

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
  • Client management experience; agency experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Comprehensive understanding of general marketing practices
  • Knowledge in data reports, analytics and/or reporting
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time and self-management skills
  • Detail oriented, with proven follow-through skills
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure on multiple projects
  • Flexibility, professionalism and positivity
