Our client is a Fortune 100 company offering market leading legal and regulatory compliance research solutions for professionals covering the full range of legal practice areas. They leverage technology and their extensive network of experts to monitor governmental changes and regulations and subsequently disseminate that information to their customers as succinctly as possible. Their offering enables legal, tax and compliance professionals to equip themselves with critical information, practical guidance and workflow solutions, which ultimately allows them to make more strategic and well-informed business decisions. Based on their continued plans for growth, our client is currently looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a desire to take advantage of uncapped commission to join their team and drive new company revenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop monthly sales strategies for the territory that meet and exceed sales objectives
  • Prospect for new clients using online resources, cold calling, referrals, or other local marketing programs
  • Engage in high-volume sales activities including prospecting phone calls and in-person client meetings
  • Generate new customers and business via solution-based sales presentations
  • Ensure client satisfaction, and proper use of the company’s products and services
  • Conduct regular and frequent face-to-face meetings with clients at client sites and other out-of-office locations, and through attendance at networking and other promotional events
  • Share customer insights with product leadership to better address user requirements and needs
  • Work to build timely, strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders as integral part of outside sales
  • Perform post-sales call activities as an adjunct to outside sales to ensure customer awareness, satisfaction, and the proper use of the products and services, and to drive future business from existing customers

Role Requirements:

  • 2+ years of outside salesexperience
  • Successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
  • Ability to adapt to a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects
  • Hunter, 65%+ net new business focused
