Eurofins NTD, Inc. is searching for an Account Executive to oversee the Northwest Territory (Washington, Oregon, and Idaho), with a preferred location in Seattle, Washington.


Account Executive responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Maintain existing business and customer base

· Grow testing utilization across all NTD product lines

· Launch newly developed testing into designated markets-Institutional, Pediatrics, Neurology, Prenatal, Genetic Counselor's and Geneticists

· Comprehensive sales call to specialty MD's, GC's, Geneticists, nursing, and laboratory directors (both clinical – administrative)

· Demonstrated ability to navigate and manage health systems

· Implement and communicate Marketing initiatives consistent with achievement of sales goals

· Provide feedback to Sales Leadership and Marketing on market/competitive trends

· Develop and deliver effective sales presentations

· Manage customer data in the company CRM database

· Maintain a high level of customer support/service

· Initiate, negotiate and implement contracts as needed

· Participates in NTD sponsored trade shows, sales meetings and local meetings as necessary

· Successful multi-state territory management

· Act in accordance with all compliance regulations as it pertains to acting as a patient advocate requiring access to clinical and billing information

The ideal candidate would possess:

· Experienced with start-up environment, flexible mindset, fast paced environment, and open to change and diversity

· Possess a high-level of business/medical acumen

· Ability to work remotely and independently with general supervision

· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with Microsoft CRM a plus

· Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills

· Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

· Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Biology, Life Sciences or Genetics, or other related degree concentration, or equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)

· Ability to travel approximately 40-60% due to territory, trade shows and meetings

· 10 years of experience in the medical/diagnostics area

· Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
