Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years in application software sales (ideally SaaS / Cloud based solutions), with an excellent track record of surpassing quotas over 1m+/ yr.
- High energy, net new business "hunter" within greenfield territory.
- Ability to map out significant territory, qualify and prioritize accounts, simultaneously manage high number of concurrent sales cycles. Territory will be made up of midsized / midmarket Manufacturing organizations (generally under 100m sales).
- ERP or other manufacturing related application software experience (i.e. MES, PLM, Supply Chain, Shop Floor, QMS, Procurement / Sourcing, E-Commerce potentially also CRM, CPQ, Financials / Accounting, etc.).
- Professional Sales training and adherence to a repeatable sales process. Proficiency with sales management software / CRM. Experience with MEDDIC sales methodology a plus.
- Candidates must be ambitious, self-directed and motivated to succeed at the highest levels.
- Base plus aggressive commission structure.
