The Account Executive will play an instrumental role in managing client and internal relationships, ensuring the health of the account and making sure that we’re doing great work that works for our client's business needs. At Drumroll, a great Account Executive is a skilled builder of client trust, who adds richness to every project they touch. Disrupting and evolving the status quo is a personal philosophy---not simply a job requirement to be fulfilled. They also confidently and responsibly act as a source of information for both the client and internal team, always evaluating the impact of their work on the agency as a whole. Successfully managing clients in the interactive/digital advertising/engagement space is strongly preferred. Digital advertising and engagement project types can include (but are not limited to) Web-based experiences and/or applications, mobile experiences/applications, social media campaigns/applications, etc.
It is the keeper of client communications, budgets, internal team communications, project schedules and inside jokes.
