About This Opportunity

As an Account Executive professional, you will have relationship development responsibilities with a strong focus on InComm’s Corporate B2B program Digital Solutions.  Your role will include driving growth from your accounts portfolio as well as launching new product and channels.  We are looking for individuals with innovative approaches and imaginative solutions to business.

Manage and Grow InComm Canada’s Corporate B2B and Digital Channel Programs:

  • Manage over 30 Corporate Accounts
  • Develop and maintain InComm Canada’s B2B Website. This includes managing 3rd Party Suppliers and Internal Service Providers
  • Support Integrations to InComm Canada’s Digital Solutions platform. This includes managing Internal Service Providers
  • Manage new product launches, inventory, forecasts, budgets and executive updates for these programs
  • Provide quarterly Business Reviews to and attend weekly or monthly calls with your top Accounts and with Internal Stakeholders
  • Provide second level technical support for these programs including outages, product set-up issues, single card issues, loss prevention cases, etc
  • Conduct promotion planning with Product Partners and the assistance from the Product Account Executives
  • Be a part of our Business Management System by providing your input on exciting new iniatives
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned



  • 3+ years' of relevant experience
  • Account Management experience within B2B, Retail and or the Online Shopping Industry is ideal
  • Demonstrated account management skills including negotiation and influencing
  • Business analytical skills and ability to use initiative to accomplish projects
  • Ability to write clear and concise communications, plans, documents, etc
  • Ability to meet or exceed assigned targets and deadlines consistently
  • Confident communicator and ability to interact at any level
  • Effective organizational, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure while handling multiple priorities
  • Willingness to learn and openness to new ideas
  • Ability to drive projects from end to end
  • Collaborative team player with proven ability to work independently
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to quickly learninternal systems
  • Inventory management skills
  • French language fluency is an asset
