For 80+ years, Iron Solutions has been the leading provider of used equipment data across lenders, dealers, and OEM’s. As the Construction Account Executive, you will be on the front lines helping driving growth and strategic alignment within an exciting new vertical, construction.
Measures of Success:

  • Achieve revenue and strategic objectives
  • Participate in the creation, presentation and sales of a complete value proposition
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product offering, strategic significance, customer segments, and competitive landscape
  • Identify key influencers and develop deep relationships
  • Provide ‘voice of the customer’ feedback to the Iron Solutions’ team
  • Advise customer on ROI using business drivers while presenting product sale
  • Present Iron Solutions and Trimble products in an inspiring, compelling, positive, and professional way


Skills & Experience Required:

  • Extensive construction industry knowledge from a dealership perspective
  • Familiarity with heavy construction equipment & attachments
  • High excitement to learn new things and put them into action
  • Strong understanding of complex selling and negotiations
  • Strong ability to identify opportunities & multi-task
  • Strong ability to create and execute strategic plans
  • Extensive relationship building, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work with and leverage a team
  • Effective member and contributor of a team environment
  • Ability to cultivate and manage a pipeline

  • 7+ year of selling experience is required
  • 4 year college degree or related experience
  • 50% travelrequired
