GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE IN PHOENIX/SCOTTSDALE, AZ

We are looking to hire an Account Executive (Client Service Executive) to be part of the sales team. This is a FTposition and will be based out of Scottsdale or Phoenix, Arizona.

Ideal person for will have proven experience building on existing relationships, eliminating competitive threats within customer base, and ensuring customer satisfaction within accounts. Responsibilities

  1. Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners by understanding focus and needs, and anticipating them in advance
  2. Stay current with company offerings and industry trends
  3. Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices
  4. Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
  5. Support and solve problems for clients by understanding and exceeding their expectations
  6. Illustrate the value of products and services to create growth opportunities; compile and analyze data to identify trends
  7. Participate in brainstorming, office activities, staff meetings and client meetings, researching and assisting withprogram development for existing clients and new prospects
  8. Perform prospecting activities such as relationship building and networking
  9. Follow up with clients regularly to ensure needs are being met and identify opportunities.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in business or a related discipline
  2. 10+ years’ experience in IT Sales & Service
  3. Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new opportunities
  4. Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and services
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, with aptitude to learn systems
  6. Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects
