Job Description

  • The Inside Sales Representative will generate leads through outbound efforts across the United States.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will move prospects through the entire sales process converting them to leads and new customers.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will uncover unforeseen sales opportunities.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will develop relationships with existing customers to create leads within the company and uncover new projects.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will give web and phone-based presentations.
  • The Inside Sales Representative will provide administrative support, quotes, customer education and training support.


• 1-2 years of sales experience

• Demonstrated success in closing/winning business is critical for the ideal candidate in this fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional ability to interact with customers at many levels within an organization.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Excellent presentation skills.

• Experience with CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred.

• Resourceful, persistent, professional, goal oriented and customer focused.

• A team player and self-starter.

• Bachelor's degreepreferred.

Base Comp: $55,000 - $60,000

Total Comp: $105,000 - $110,000
