We're looking for a dynamic Account Director that will oversee, nurture and continue to build one of our fastest growing clients across several of it's core OTC brands.  Content has never been so plentiful, and consumer attention has never been in such short supply. This is an exciting opportunity to lead, leverage and deliver powerful solutions across the full spectrum of data, creative, technology, and marketing services, in order to help our clients maximize the opportunities provided by our integrated offering.


  • Manage and lead agency resources and vendor partners in order to meet our client’s marketing objectives and deadlines
  • Day-to-day client lead who provides perspective and leadership in development of quality solutions and strategic thinking
  • Working knowledge of client business and communicating this to the team
  • Provide agency and client deliverables including creative briefs, marketing and communication plans/calendars, brainstorming sessions, creative strategy sessions, POVs, competitive analyses, etc.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to ensure the development of provocative, single-minded communications strategies
  • Ability to see the big picture, identify key issues, and provide proactive tactical and strategic recommendations
  • Establish oneself as a trusted resource and channel expert for all client and inter-agency team partners


  • 7-10 years of proven and demonstrable experience with the development and execution of digitalcampaigns
  • Outstanding and persuasive client-facing and relationship management skills
  • Experience and success in leading and collaborating on client projects with creative teams
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
