Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Brand Management and Analytics to advance service, execution and account growth during the campaign lifecycle - proposal, execution and campaign wrap.

Foster relationships across key agency stakeholders o gain exposure, understanding of their overarching marketing direction, account growth, and advocacy.
Develop and own customer specific playbooks based on a strong understanding of customer goals and account service. Collaborate with teams (sales, strategy, BM, analytics) for continued development and execution.
Lead quarterly business reviews to identify customer needs and drive growth opportunities.
Deliver strategic client presentations, recommendations and support new business initiatives.
Provide direct and consistent feedback on an ongoing basis.
Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in social media planning (including paid media + strategy development).
7+ years experience working across social media platforms including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat
Entrenched in the digital/social media and branded content landscape
Proven ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients by providing first class customer service
Superb project management skills with experience running large scale influencer campaigns
A team player who shares success and aims to challenge the status quo
Positive, can-do attitude and strong problem-solving skills
Clear communicator, both written and verbally with clients and internal teams
Excels in a fast paced + hard working environment.
