We are looking for passionate Account Director who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. You will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, channel partners, and sales colleagues within your sales region working with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaison between customers, our business partners (with an emphasis on Epiq's business partnership with the Microsoft sales channel), and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
This position serves as an overlay resource to the broader Legal Solutions Sales organization. On the majority of business development opportunities, you will be working in tandem with another Account Director and serving as an Information Governance subject matter specialist.
