The Account Director will be a key member of Financial Services – Sales organization in USA region.
This would require person to be self-driven and have excellent relationship and people skills to open up new relationships. Could potentially leverage existing Account level relationships as well.
The remit for this role includes-
Should have more than 15years experience in new business acquisition, account management, Sales management and customer relationship.
Should have acquired and have existing relationships in Insurance vertical in USA with strong process knowledge.
Excellent experience in Selling, Executing and managing services/outsourcing contracts.
Knowledge of functioning in USA region for least last 10years out of total years spent in this market
Technology and Sales skills to connect with CIO, CTOs and IT decision makers.
Demonstrable experience of Client Managemnt, P&L, opening new LOBS abd opportunities and growing relationships + some hunting for new Logos
Need to have experience in BFSI sales
Asset Management, Retirement, Pensions, Brokerage, and/or Insurance is highly desired (Both Life & Annuities and / or Property & Casualty).
Banking or Cap Markets experience also acceptable
Must have Applications Development, Maintenance and Support Selling Experience
Experience in client facing roles.
Proven ability to launch and execute successful initiatives in complex and challenging environments
Industry and vertical specific understanding of business processes and technology.
Incumbents should be flexible to travel (up to 30%) within designated region.
Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and ambiguous environment
