Job Description:

The primary responsibilities of the Account Delivery Manager are to assist Account Directors in the support of day-to-day deliveries to Investments and Credit Risk business partners.  


  • Main point of contact for assigned business partners from an overall delivery management perspective, including problem escalation
  • Manage, facilitate and track execution of day to day deliverables
  • Work manager for the leads on assigned accounts while supporting the practice manager on appraisals
  • Coordinate with Account Director(s) and create on a monthly / quarterly business partner update reports 
  • Assist in the coordination of budget activities including aggregating data from Account Director(s) and reporting to finance
  • Support Account Directors in the management and delivery of key projects and Initiatives 
  • Assist in the planning and executions of all IT based business funded projects including forecasting demand required to support on-going activities.  
  • Manage the demand plans for assigned Accounts,  ensuring that Project Managers have updated plans as well as updated activities as prescribed by the Investment and Corporate Application Services (ICAS) PMO
  • Assist the Account Director(s) in regular service management reviews with assigned business partners (monthly and/or quarterly) focused on business partner satisfaction, deliverable execution and opportunities for growth and improvement


  • Bachelor in Computer Science or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years supporting and / or developing solutions to support Investments and Credit Risk
  • Strong background in the application development and/ or IT operations support
  • Working understanding of service principles
  • The ability to translate business needs to an IT audience and IT capabilities to a business audience
  • Project Management experience is an strong asset and/or organizing and planning skills
  • Experience in one of the following: investments, capital markets or credit risk 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
