• Apply your expertise to optimize high-end residential landscape maintenance to exceed sales and revenue goals with customer retention, and new business development for profitable contracts.

• Develop a collaborative environment internally and with field teams to ensure consistent delivery of services according to contract, on time, profitably, according to high standards and to the customer’s satisfaction with prompt resolution of issues.
• Manage each account to utilize KPI’s, data and analysis to identify improvement and excel at performance.
• Continuously optimize company offerings, estimates, processes, reports, profitability, and efficient use of resources alerting field operations and top management of variance with suggestions for corrections.
• Analyze and stay ahead of the industry and competitors
• Support sales and new business development with analysis of customer needs, accurate and profitable estimates, and seamless transition of performance of work to field operations.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 5 years’ successful experience as an account management team with a track record of results and quantifiable achievements for excellence, retaining customers, developing new business and improving profitability for high-end residential landscape maintenance.
• Ability to identify customer needs, solve landscape problems and optimize landscape accounts while bringing high-end residential customer dreams into reality.
