Senior Technical Team Lead with Windows 10 and/or 11 upgrade experience.
The candidates must meet the following mandatory requirements to be considered for this role:- Minimum of seven years' experience in advanced Enterprise Client support and service delivery role supporting enterprise class Windows and Office environments.
- Minimum of three years' experience overseeing project technical team activities and resource capacity planning.
- Experience with leading Windows 10 or 11 operating system updates in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities:- Oversee project technical team activities and resource capacity planning.
- Work with team members to create, maintain and manage work schedules.
- Provide progress reporting to project manager and assist with communication to team.
- Ensure proper testing and analysis is conducted.
- Ensure documentation is created by team members and assist with documentation reviews/proofreading.
- Provide support to project manager, including documentation, project controls, KPIs, forecasting.
- Creation of Request for Goods and Services for software/hardware purchases.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience and Skills:- Minimum 7 (seven) years of IT infrastructure experience and experience with Windows upgrades.
- Minimum 3 (three) year experience as team lead or project manager in small to medium size technology initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of Windows desktop and Windows desktop management technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
