JOB SUMMARY:

One Call is seeking a Marketing Manager with healthcare
experience to support the company’s expansion into new markets. This is an opportunity to help develop
messaging and support the strategic efforts of our sales team as they bring in
opportunities for new business. The ideal candidate must be self-driven, have
excellent communication and writing skills, be comfortable interacting with
executive leadership, and be highly organized.

This key position will collaborate with multiple teams in a
fast paced environment. The Marketing Manager will serve as a resource for the
planning and execution of overall marketing strategies, promotional programs,
and related activities to ensure organizational goals and expectations are
met.

GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:



Create, execute and ensure brand consistency with all marketing
strategies to support business objectives while measuring effectiveness.



Responsible for the development of content and materials such as, press
releases, collateral, presentations, videos, emails, sales training materials
and digital solutions including social media and blog posts.



Evaluate and assess new projects based upon size, complexity, and time
frame.



Contribute market and industry knowledge to new product development by
capturing emerging market needs and providing feedback to product management
teams.



Serve as business subject matter experts within the marketing
organization.



Collaborate across functions on competitive selling and market
development.



May be responsible for budgeting of department's personnel, capital,
and/or operations expenses.



Other related duties assigned as needed



EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university in
business, sales, or marketing or equivalent work experience.

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:



Strong understanding of market analysis, planning, development, and
management



Knowledge of marketing product tools and methodologies



Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and
non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization (e.g. executive,
management, individual contributors)



Proficiency in problem solving and time management skills managing
multiple deadlines



Proficiency to operate independently



Experience and knowledge of managed care business (ie, Medicaid, Medicare)
preferred

Marketing
Manager

Middle level management role. Typically responsible for managing one or
more marketing functions for a specific user group/functional area. Resolves issues and contributes to business
unit/area development. Directly responsible for managing a staff individual
contributors or support staff in marketing strategy planning, design,
implementation, organization, and/or operation. Typically requires six or more
years of related experience with at least two years of leadership
responsibility. May require five or more years of experience managing
high-visibility marketing projects.
