The Senior Integration Specialist works with TrueCommerce clients to implement TrueCommerce solutions and facilitate integrations with other systems such as ERPs, Shipping Systems, Order Management Systems, Marketplaces, and others. This role is responsible for training users on the solution functionality and ensuring the integration layers are implemented to meet the customer’s unique business needs. This role is a subject matter expert around the TrueCommerce integration layer, and a “go to” resource for issues that exceed beyond implementation or support team knowledge. This Senior Integration Specialist is leveraged as a consulting resource for highly escalated customer needs (implementation and production), product improvement/diagnosis, customer issue management/consultation, and advisor on issues/needs in the integration layer.

Responsibilities:
·Work with customers and 3rd party consultants to define and implement the format of data exchanged between the TrueCommerce integration and the customer solution(s).
·Consult, advise, and build data mapping standards based on the customer’s specifications and their business and operational needs.
·Responsible for the technical aspects of implementation projects and accountability for a final working solution, not just individual tasks
·Train customers on the use of the TrueCommerce solution and integration layer(s) with their software and business needs
·Designated subject matter expert of a defined market segment and secondary market segment (backup)
·Involved in TIER3 management and filtering specific to their designated market(s) as a quality control point (as needed)
·Acts as the stakeholder representation for PSG responsible for providing feedback and guidance on product hotfixes/enhancements in their designated market(s)
·Designated SME to provide consultation, advice, guidance, and assistance to internal teams working within the resources designated market(s)

Experience Required:
·5+ years of experience in software integration and implementation
·Experience working directly with customers/end-users to provide training on product features and functionality as part of solution implementations
·Experience working directly with customers/end-users and partners to solve technical challenges on solution implementations
·EDI experience and an understanding of standardized data storage processing
·In depth knowledge with a variety of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERPs), shipping solutions, and or other 3rd party supply chain solutions
·2+ years of certification(s) in ERP(s) or equivalent training and proficiency qualifications where certifications are not applicable.

Additional Requirements:
•Willingness to travel up to 75%+ to customer locations for work on implementation projects
•Willingness to dedicate extra effort beyond standard working hours
•Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 8am – 8 pm
•Willingness to work beyond common job duties as business and management needs dictate
•Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Science or Similar
