Our client, in the healthcare data analytics space, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting a complex .Net/SQL server product that is utilized by external clients.

- Provide accurate, thorough, and timely technical support on .Net and SQL server based software
- Be able to troubleshoot complex, technical issues with a web based product
- Good understanding of databases and how to troubleshoot performance or production issues
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of software and related business functions
- Perform functional testing when necessary
- College degree or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support or related customer service experience
- Experience with Visual Studio .NET (C# and/or Visual Basic)
