Ability to coordinate with building design disciplines and apply CADD and GIS to complete evaluations and designs.
Supervise and support the work of others and mentors junior level engineer & design/drafting technical staff.
Support teams in the preparation of winning proposals and successful presentations.
Ensure project compliance and maintains ARCADIS’ standards and specifications for quality and safety on all Water / Wastewater design & construction projects.
Perform other duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications

10 years’ experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
PE License in PA.
Ability and willingness to travel (primarily Regionally)
Must have Project/Task Management experience with .municipal engineering with significant civil/site/stormwater design and construction projects from small to larger in size.
Strong Client Management skills including; coordinating meetings, conducting effective client presentations and preparing written reports.
Experience with Green Infrastructure BMPs evaluation, inspection, assessment, design and rehabilitation.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Required Driving Statement This position requires a current valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Qualifications

15 years’ experience.
Master's Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
LEED AP and/or Envision ENV SP Certification,
CPESC, CPSWQ, CESSWI Certification
Strong team leadership experience including; managing overall project delivery, staff expectations, prioritization of tasks, mentoring and administrative supervisory responsibilities.
Active participation in regional and/or national professional associations.
