This Systems Engineer (SE) will lead External Site Architecture Transition (ESAT) Team technical project/tasks, and must have excellent SE&I, project engineering, and written and verbal communications skills, and be adept at working in a highly dynamic environment, composed of multiple NGA initiatives, associated phased developments, and programmatic dependencies. The ESAT SE will lead, develop, coordinate, and document the integration and transition of NGA capabilities, services and functional upgrades into the NSG enterprise without interruption to mission operations and NGA Integrated Master Schedule Milestones, providing analysis and recommendations for mission change implementation, performance optimization and enhancement, increased efficiency, and reduced cost. The ESAT SE will plan and lead External Site Architecture Transitions, NSG and NEA Deployments and NGA Portfolios Transition and Integration activities, to include conduct of technical exchange meetings, coordination of site/facility integration activities, coordination with multiple systems/segments, development of detailed Transition Activity Plans (TAPs) and sustain mission based outcome and deliverables accountable to multiple Government stakeholders and technical representatives across the NSG, including interaction and coordination with contractors as well as external site customers and associates. Subject Matter Expertise on technical and programmatic elements of the NSG Acquisition Process is required. TravelRequired (CONUS and OCONUS): up to 10%.
