This position is responsible for overseeing and mentoring junior team members on business analysis, development and testing functions; representing team on large projects / initiatives; ensuring the availability, performance and optimization of environment(s) and solutions, including ensuring all solutions are developed and implemented in alignment with departmental goals and objectives; participating in strategic planning and road mapping activities by providing market insights and opportunities for improvement; developing multi-source and/or multi-platform solutions through creation of semantic/business layers; data aggregation/modeling.

*Bachelor Degree OR Information Technology Certifications (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, OCP) and 4 years experience in the following areas OR 7 years experience in the following areas:
*Multiple reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Business Objects, Cognos) and Structure Query Languages (SQL)
*Relational and dimensional models
*Analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
*Performance tuning experience related to reporting queries required
*Leading requirement analysis and design sessions
*Developing business / semantic layers
*Prior experience leading / mentoring a team
*Experience leading large projects
*Experience serving as a System Administrator for a reporting environment
*Understand of data integration issues (validation and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures
*Experience working in a requirements analysis role
*Interpersonal ( verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environments that includes internal, external and customer teams
*Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts (relational and dimensional)
*MS Office tools, to include Access and Excel

*Master's Degree
