This position is a nine-month, tenure track faculty in Software Engineering to begin August 2018. The successful candidate will teach introductory and advanced program courses.
The functions below are detailed in the faculty handbook in Volume IV of the Institutional Policy Manual.
Education: A Ph.D. in Software Engineering, Computer and Information Systems, or closely related field is required. Previous academic experience is preferred.
Experience: Experience is preferred in one or more of the following: software security, software and quality assurance, software maintenance, and/or software deployment, and mobile development. A track record of successful project leadership and industrial experience are also preferred.
