Job Title: EFO Regional Manager

Job Summary: Regional Manager is responsible for the overall performance, quality of work, customer satisfaction, safety and needed training for their team of Mobile Technicians. Managers will insure their teams meet and or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to enable our external / internal customers to achieve satisfaction and financial goals. Development of action items to resolve KPI’s not meeting established goals is essential. Direction of these action items and follow through is expected. Will also lead key initiatives/projects in his/her assigned geographical territory to ensure the effective, efficient, and timely delivery and fulfillment of EFS’s commitment to our external / internal customers. Regional Managers direct the support for our account teams to ensure proper service levels are achieved. Managers Provide leadership and motivation for all employees by communicating core beliefs to create a positive work environment through fairness and equality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Reviews KPI’s on a daily, weekly, Monthly and YTD basis. Creates operational action items and/or process adjustments to ensure KPI’s that are missing goal(s) are met.

Identifies Mobile Techs training needs as related to skills, process and customer culture. Reinforces and sets up reoccurring training on “best in practice” processes in accordance to EFO Field Training Director. Oversees and conducts weekly Safety training for Mobil Techs and insures all Safety required training and classes are met for managed Mobile Techs.

Escalation point of resolution for QC issues from external / internal customers (USM Account Managers). Reviews Mobile Techs QC inspections, directing and training janitorial / landscape subcontractors, trains new and existing Mobile Techs on QC processes and quality assessments.

Maintains working relationships with external / internal Property Managers, Facility Managers and other Key Clients in assigned territories. Handles external / internal escalation issues and calls on an as needed basis. Identifies outside project opportunities with external customers, perform/oversee outside projects, develops proposals and solicits bids from subcontractors, invoices outside projects and insures profitability of outside jobs by managing job cost in IWMS.

Works with EFO Director of Field Regional on workforce needs, on-boarding, exiting of EFO associates, training needs, KPI, safety, and compliance issues for assigned EFO Associates. Works with HR business partner for, associate disciplinary actions, employee development, and employee performance improvement. Oversees the annual performance reviews and establish individual maintenance technician performance goals

Works with EFO Subcontractor Team to develop vendor/supplier relationships and assist with establishing new vendors in his/her particular geographical area.

Reviews/Approves P-Card Logs, PM Checklists, Timesheets, Open Work Order Reports, PTO Requests and coordinates additional support as needed through EFO Routing Team. Submits timely and accurate expense reports in accordance with company guidelines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five to ten years mechanical experience, floor care experience including electrical, plumbing, carpentry required; or equivalent combination of training, education and experience. Three to five years of supervisory experience required.

Must possess a valid driver’s license in good standing.

May be required to hold specific licenses for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and or Locksmith.
