Manage a team of Operations associates within a business unit by allocating appropriate resources to meet schedules and goals within established guidelines to support business needs.
Monday - Friday - including one weekend a month; must also be available to work holidays, as needed.
Available Shifts : 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, & 4pm-12am
Serve as a mentor by providing coaching, career development, and inter-departmental relationship management for the team.
Manage operational aspects of their specifically assigned department, including tracking and analysis of budgets, managing project plans, coordinating quality assurance programs and promoting interdepartmental communications.
Monitors team performance and recommends appropriate skills training to enhance career development.
Works with direct reports to discuss individual performance and create personal development plans.
Identify, develop and implement enhancements to process improvements.
Achieve all established statistical service standards.
Achieve all established client and customer satisfaction standards.
Serve as a secondary liaison to clients.
Develops and administers schedules and team performance requirements.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of relevant education and work experience.
Five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume customer-focused environment.
Office environment with moderate noise.
Position is routinely expected to travel0% of time.
