The Director of Surgery Outpatient at St Mark's Hospitalworks within and across team boundaries as educator, mentor, coach, facilitator, and business analyzer. Serves as liaison between the center and St. Mark’s Hospital. Responsible to lead the Center in order to support the vision, mission, and organizational goals of reducing cost, improving quality of care, increasing customer satisfaction, improving the quality of employee work life, and creating new business opportunities in conjunction with St. Mark’s Hospital.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or appropriate field required. Master’s degreepreferred
Two years clinical experience in area of specialty or related setting. Minimum 2-3years progressive management experience.
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Utah. Membership in professional nursing organization. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Life Support certification preferred.
