Responsibilities and Qualifications

 What are the responsibilities and job qualifications for the role?

  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
  • Help manage all other aspects of the sales department
  • Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
  • Complete trade appraisals
  • Desk deals, track gross logs, and RDR cars
  • Prior sales leadership – 3-4yrs of dealership experience required
  • Prior new car manager experience a plus
  • Must be able to create and maintain customer relationships
  • Handle high volume of business with professionalism
  • Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Outlook, Auto-Exchange, CRM’s, ADP, Netlook)
  • Must understand inventory control – 60 day turn policy
  • Desk deals for sales professionals and take T.O.’s to maximize deal potential
  • Deal with local and national vendors
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background & drug screen)
