The candidate will perform a broad range of systems engineering activities to include requirements development, requirements review, process development, analysis, perform studies and participate in Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and various Integrated Product teams (IPTs) involving Service and Joint SOF activities and investments. Perform a range of design, development, analysis, or review tasks independently. Act as a lead for complex tasks; responsible for design, analyses, or reviews. Provide resolution for process problems. Coordinate with In Service SOF Components. Set up processes for risk management, baseline management configuration, testing, and certification across Service and Joint SOF processes and platforms. Support capability planning and development. Contribute to multi-domain Test Site design and planning. Perform studies or critical experiments. Interface with the government lead and prepare briefs for sponsor-level presentations. Work closely with otherengineering, logistics, financial, and program management disciplines to define system specifications and requirements. Conduct site visits. Develop and maintain technical documentation such as system specifications.
The successful candidate shall have:
*Bachelor’s degree OR military experience equivalent
*Ten (10) years of tactical or operation experience, including seven (7) years of SOF experience
* 5 Years of Information, Influence, at the Strategic level
* 5 Years of Information, Influence, at the Tactical – Operational Level
* Experience with DoD Sensitive Activities Security protocol and policy
* 5 Years of experience with Interagency coordination and assessments
*Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
* 7 Years with policy design, development, and implementation
* Experience in :
Operations, Conventional and SOF
*Individual must have a Top Secret Clearance
*Position may require travel.
