Finance Audit Analyst III

The Finance Quality Assurance Analyst III isresponsiblefor taking the lead on executing quality assurance/control reviews for functions within the Finance division. The Finance Quality Assurance Analyst III is expected to provide supervision to Quality Assurance staff to ensure the Quality Assurance program is executed in accordance with the Quality Assurance/Quality Control Methodology
•Acts as back up to the Quality Assurance Manager as needed.
•Assumes the lead position on a QA review, providing supervision and assignments to team members.
•Executes testing of key controls in highly complex areas of the Finance division.
•Coordinates & executes quality assurance/quality control and/or compliance activities within the Finance division.
•Reviews Quality Assurance Analyst I and II documentation.
•Assists Quality Assurance Manager in the planning of Quality Assurance reviews including staffing and budgets.
•Assists in providing feedback on staff evaluations.
•Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as assigned.
•Creates manuals, reports and documents and makes updates as needed.
•Maintains strong relationships with partners and peers by sharing best practices, knowledge and leveraging experience.
•Identifies opportunities for process improvements to advance service quality and/or streamline functions.
•Recommends and implements training needs.
•Maintains and develops expert knowledge of company and/or department systems.
•Follows up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution. Contacts appropriate departments and employees to ensure completion of unfinished items.
•Contributes to a positive, ethical and respectful working environment and communicate openly with others
•Models company culture internally and externally.
•Participates in meetings and coaching sessions.
•Keeps staff informed of any procedural changes or enhancements.
•Participates in the selection, placement and training of new team members.
•Provides support to department leadership in performing trend analysis, information gathering, performance feedback and related activities
5+ years related experience required ((audit, quality assurance, regulatory reporting management, process control management)
