The Account Supervisor works closely with the Account Director. He/she is responsible for leading major initiatives to complete projects on time and budget. Furthermore, this individual collaborates with strategy to prepare briefs and is confident in assessing work strategically. The Account Supervisor’s duties extend beyond project management; they are also becoming increasingly knowledgeable of their clients' businesses and opportunities for growth.  They have established themselves as the go-to person for both Account Directors and Creative Directors. 


  • Conduct insightful analytical assessments with higher-level focus 
  • Has meaningful input on client briefs and business plans 
  • Has a strong grasp on agency philosophy and can leverage it to sell and defend work

  • Structure and prepare well written POVs, decks and presentations 
  • Strong presenter in command of the materials 
  • Take lead on cross functional meetings to drive discussion, decisions and next steps

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field 
  • 4-5 years of experience with Account Management 
  • Experience with 360 campaigns including TV, Print, Radio, OOH, In-Store, Activations, Digital
  • Experience with experiential campaigns
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
