Switchfly is looking for a talented Business Development leader who will be focused on growing partner revenue YOY. The successful candidate will have a “hunter” mindset, to find the best partners that will add value to the Switchfly Platform and increase client satisfaction and direct revenue.

Our platform is connected to all major OTA’s, Bed banks, GDSs, Insurance providers, Car Rental companies, activity providers and payment gateway. Qualified candidates will be able to grow distribution revenue from those partners, build and execute strategies that combine client satisfaction, new sales enablement and revenue optimization.

This role requires a profile that combines commercial acumen and analytical mindset with a good understanding of technology and operations. This is a unique opportunity to pivot and own a large revenue driver for the company.   • Manage existing supplier’s commercial relationships
  • Own supplier’s relationships from end-to-end
  • Supportsales in driving additional revenue through channelpartnerships
  • Source new partners and build business case that support platform integration
  • Work in collaboration with product and engineering to streamline processes for new supplier’s onboarding and ongoing maintenance
  • Build monthly reporting and dashboard on supplier’s performance and strategy to drive growth
  • Be the expert on every vertical and know the key players and commercial model that could be implemented
  • Ongoing research on market trends and competitive landscape
  • Manage and build relationship with fulfillment partners and optimize processes
  • Own Strategy to drive supplier’s revenue growth
  • Presentation of the strategy and revenue in front of company’s key executive on a monthly basis


  • 10+ years’ experience in business development
  • Experience in contract negotiation
  • Supplier’s experience strongly preferred
  • Travelexperiencerequired
  • Understanding of supplier’s commercial model
  • Understanding of operations and processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to present to senior level executive
  • Ability to work cross functionally with legal, product, engineering, marketing, account management and sales
  • Be throughout
  • Good understanding of technology and ability to have technical conversation with different levels in the organization
  • Project Management experience
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
