Systems Consultant-Utah(Remote) DellTechnologies is a worldwide provider ofinformation technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for aSystemsConsultantto join our Global Compute andNetworking organization in Utah. This role is Remote based. The Systems Consultant is a quota carrying, technicalsales resource focused on driving the sale of Dell data center solutions with specific focus on PowerEdge, Hyper-converged solutions, Cloud computing (Hybrid, Private/Public) EqualLogic, Compellent, Powervault, PowerConnect, Force 10 andSecurity. This Systems Consultant will work with first linesales teams to drive comprehensive Dell data center solutions based on a thorough understanding of both short and long term customer requirements. As an integral part of the Dellsales team they areresponsible for providing subject matter expertise to both customers and thesales teams to ensure that all requirements and objectives are met. This includes, but is not limited to, the development and implementation ofsales strategies, thoughtful discovery of customer requirements and subsequent solution proposal development, delivery of product presentations, product demonstrations, and customer focused seminars. RoleResponsibilities Gains access and manages relationships with senior level technical personnel and decision makers Demonstrates the value of a product and/or servicetechnology to advance customers business objectivesInvestigates matters of significance discovered byother product specialists to ensure that appropriate solutions are developed to address current and potential problems Provides insight and thought leadership to customers concerning applicability of highly complex products and servicetechnologies Uncovers critical processes and validates operational strengths and challenges within the customers environment Analyzes andapplies industry, competitor and market knowledge to present the positive value of our solutions Leverages third party/channel expertise to position the overall value of our solution

QUALIFICATION: Requirements Advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors, and families oftechnologies Advanced knowledge of product configurations Advanced oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel, and leadership8+years of relatedexperience in a relationship selling role with aBachelorsdegree8+years of fieldsalesexperience
