Job Summary: Leads and manages key initiatives in an assigned geographical territory to ensure effective fulfillment of EFS’s line of services and associated products to dispersed and varied customers through the deployment and utilization of Mobile Techs. Manages direct reports (Regional Managers) assigned to each territory. Manages all activities related to a specific client account including the client relationships engaging company senior management at appropriate times to ensure continual high-level exposure to customers management team. The Regional Director (RD) is responsible for implementing the Corporation’s strategic business plan and for the development of tactical business plans that identify and capitalize on local business opportunities or respond to changing market conditions, including competitor actions. The RD has the ultimate responsibility for insuring that all activities under his/her region are conducted in a safe, legal and ethical manner and in compliance with all company policies

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads cultural change and identifies efficiencies across the entire Region. Ensures the synchronization with all stakeholders (key account managers, operations and procurement). Ensures regional staffing is appropriate for the work load.

Manages account relationships at all management levels and engage senior company management at appropriate times to ensure continual high-level exposure to customer’s management team. Participates in discussion, meetings, conferences etc. with client management as required to remain abreast of client objectives

Manages KPIs on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to meet the goals and objectives of the company. Manages and delivers to contractexpectations. Ensures each Operations Manager within Region is effectively managing all accounts within their territory and is meeting their set of management-based goals and objectives.

Maintains a schedule for strategic improvement initiatives identifying and documenting all key initiatives, performance indicators, procedures, committed performance improvements with milestones and timelines.

Collaborates with management team and client management team to identify, develop, and deploy best practices (i.e. safety, quality control, training, standards and qualifications maintenance practices, etc.)

Ensures all established costs, quality, and contract delivery commitments are met.

Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines and equipment.

Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives. Drives strategic responses to new opportunities in their regions, in coordination with the EFO Director of Operations and EFS Transition.

Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, governments, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations. Ensures accountability of all company equipment assigned. Ensures quality management, holding all service providers accountable. Manages, inspires, develops and directs the activities of Operations Managers and assigned Associates to ensure qualify maintenance process and procedures are adhered to

Manages and implements an effective Safety Program. Drives a culture of commitment to Safety. Leads and assists in communicating Safety Training.

Bachelor’s Degree (BA) from four year college or university; or one to two year’s related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Five years of experience in Operations and Maintenance management in a critical environment, knowledge of UPS, emergency generators, motor control centers, fire protection suppression systems, supervisory control and data acquisition monitoring systems and other building or control systems are required.
