Major Responsibilities:
• Delivers booking targets/growth strategies and manages bookings forecasting for assigned territories reporting into regional sales manager and, aligned to Aftermarket leadership
• Working with channel partners to identify underserved accounts and develop selling strategies to optimize customer penetration including direct interaction with end users
• Responsible for providing technical consulting and commercial support to ensure aftermarket booking targets are met in defined territories
• Provides input on customer solutions/ services offerings related to enhancing reliability and operational effectiveness for products
• Develops detailed plans to deliver bookings/growth for territory within region in alignment with strategic plan
• Works with product line managers and internal services organizations to ensure that channel/customers have the skills/knowledge needed to sell our services effectively
• Stay informed on industry technology trends and standards
• Works closely with RSMs, BDMs, PLMs and Aftermarket organization to understand customer requirements and ensure provision of value added solutions
• Provides technical descriptions and content for services proposals
• Booking, forecasting/reporting and pipeline management
• Key account relationship management
• Responsible for safety, ethics and other legal compliance requirements in alignment with Accudyne policy  

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field
• 5years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated accomplishment in executing service sales strategies
• Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level of an organization
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization (internal/external)
• Services experience in oil, gas, or chemical processing industry
• Knowledge of pump/compressor market
• Channel/Distributor/EPC/Licensor experience
• Experienced commercial negotiator
• Presentation and customer relations skill
