Additionally, the Digital Sales Product Owner leads cross-functional teams from design to delivery of fully developed products and services for customer use. Develops strategy and roadmap for future products. Designs, develops and manages activities from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life. Evaluates technical options and represents business requirements to the technology organization through requirement documents and detailed specifications. Provides timely and accurate information and status updates to functional leaders. Acts as primary point of contact to lead development and quality assurance resources to successfully release new products on time and within budget.As a Digital Sales Product Owner you are responsible for prioritizing business programs/projects using the scrum/agile method and working together with a cross-functional team. The Product Owner is constantly looking where to improve our digital sales funnel to make it easier for prospects and customers to complete online sales. You are the voice of the customer and the driving force behind innovation.
The Digital Sales Product Owner is responsible for business requirements and is the subject matter expert for the online Sales Journey. They are responsible to deliver on sales and conversion targets for the journey. Take an end-to-end view across the business as a whole and across the digital platforms in particular (Web, App, IVR) as required. Must have intimate knowledge of the key metrics and KPIs within the Digital Sales domain, along with journey and the capabilities needed for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
- Three years business analysis experience
- Three years working with business development
- Three years experience in interpreting business trends and translating into innovative ideas
- Three years experience developing executive level business plans, risk assessment and cost benefit analysis
- Two yearexperience with data mining and statistical analysis
