The Business Systems Analyst (BSA), a member of the Information Services organization, will be the primary support contact for the ESKO WebCenter application with a focus on Package Structural Design and Approval, Package Artwork Design and Approval, Creative Package Design Exploration, and otherassociated Packaging-related workflows. The successful candidate will have prior work experience leading change management processes. The BSA will lead requirements analysis/documentation, design documentation, business process analysis/documentation, configuration, testing strategy, use case development, systems administration, and maintenance.  The candidate will support implementation planning and validation compliance of the ESKO WebCenter application and enabling technologies in support of CooperVision Global Packaging operations. The BSA will also support planning solutions used by the Global Supply Chain, with a focus on demand planning and replenishment planning functions such as those provided by the Logility Voyager suite of applications.



  • Be the primary resource leading and providing business analysis, administration, maintenance and support services for the CooperVision ESKO WebCenter application across non-production and production environments, working with various technical and functional personnel as needed
  • Design, develop, document, test, implement, administer, maintain, and support upgrade activities for ESKO WebCenter application software
  • Work with users to understand and document business requirements.  Assist in the translation of the business requirements into configurable software components and rules.  Support system design reviews and code/configuration walkthroughs
  • Field support calls from users and coordinate responses to user requests, working with Information Services development and project management team members
  • Plan and lead system projects, developing project plans and estimates.  Aid in coordination of support/development/administration resources.  Guide evaluation and testing of new procedures and software.  Create procedures to maintain applications, system documents and programs
  • Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation to ensure compliance with departmental/corporate standards and procedures
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for ESKO WebCenter application upgrades
  • Guide execution of testing. Work closely with functional and technical testers on the preparation of test plans, test data, and integrated testing
  • Maintain a broad knowledge of the Global Packaging system and business analysis disciplines, related best practices, and related technologies



  • Experience in Package Design, Graphics and Engineering field strongly preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain demand planning or optimization solutions desired
  • Demonstrated experience leading change management processes
  • Strong understanding of system/application administrative activities
  • Proven track record leading multiple work streams and producing high quality output
  • Ability to effectively translate between functional and technical teams
  • Ability to follow procedures and produce/maintain supporting documentation
  • Experience with applications such as ESKO WebCenter, Automation Engine, Studio, Illustrator, Adobe, CAPE and Logility Voyager preferred
  • Resolves simple to complex system problems in creative ways
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management
  • Adapts readily to changes in workload, staffing and scheduling

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience is required


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with packaging design and workflow management solutions
  • Commensurate Technical experience to perform the job duties
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
