Job Summary:

The Dir-Medical Groups directs clinic sites and operations.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develops specific goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the clinic. Plans for new and expanded services.
  • Assesses quality of and coordinates patient care services with patients, staff, physicians, and other providers.
  • Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management. Performs and oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
  • Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts and vendor relations.
  • Selects appropriate staff and manages human resources in a manner which ensures maximum utilization and creates a sense of loyalty from associates
  • Collects and analyzes appropriate data in order to make informed decisions in areas of responsibility
  • Accountable for achieving financial and productivity goals at assigned sites
  • Directs clinic managers to ensure appropriate job performance, staffing and efficient daily operations 
  • Analyzes financial data to determine variances and implement cost containment and overhead reduction strategies in all assigned areas
  • Facilitates new physician onboarding and practice start-up
  • Leads practice operations meetings with physicians and managers at all assigned sites to review financial performance and communicate practice and network objectives
  • Collaborates with physicians and managers in implementation of strategies for increased volume, patient satisfaction, clinical quality, and personnel development
  • Prepares and presents financial and administrative reports for physicians and management as requested 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's LevelDegree 
    •  

Work Experience:

  • Five years of experiencerequired.
