Schneider Electric North America is in the middle of a significant digital transformation. A key portion of this transformation, is a new quotation application built on salesforce.com. We need a new program manager who can lead a large team of product owners and analysts to launch and maintain this application.
This resource will be instrumental in the successful roll out of this transformation. He/ she will be required to work closely with the business team to understand business strategy and align application roadmap to enable digital transformation.
It will require in-depth understanding of the business model, along with a comprehensive understanding of the opportunity to order process. This resource will have complete responsibility, accountability and ownership of the quotation, special pricing and rebate systems for SE North America.
- Minimum 5 years experience in deploying and managing enterprise level applications.
- Experience in quotation systems, with industry knowledge of best practices for quotation and order management - minimum of 3 years
- Proficient in Salesforce.com, integrations and app exchanges with experience in implementation
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with business teams: sales, finance, operations and more
- Ability to present effectively to C-levels executives on program delivery and roadmap
- Excellent management skills, with minimum 3 years experience directing team of 10 or more people
- Proven track record of executing program delivery, managing support models and vendor management.
