JOB DESCRIPTION

The Social Performance Marketing Specialist will:

  • Achieve monthly targets for community growth, engagement, lead generation and e-commerce store sales (ROAS, revenue and profit)
  • Oversee coordination with otherinternal key stakeholders and community marketing specialists to develop and maintain editorial calendar including posting and promotional schedules
  • Develop acquisition and content strategies that are informed by meaningful audience research
  • Develop best in class social creative and content in support of our many enthusiast communities and ecommerce stores
  • Write copy that compels individuals and influencers to take action
  • Manage creative process and workflow
  • Coordinate performance of new vs. existing customer performance
  • Monitor social trends, best practices and techniques to ensure account growth and identify new opportunities
  • Build partnerships and relationships with key social vendors and work directly with social platform representatives
  • Evaluate supplemental platforms, tools, vendors and agencies to insure campaigns are delivering optimal performance and scale

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • 3-5 years of hands on management of social media across social platforms including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and Twitter
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing and scaling social media for e-commerce businesses
  • Evidence of having grown audiences to meet specific goals
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to use analytics to help drive daily decisions and overall strategy
  • Project management experience, including a track record of delivering projects and results on budget and on time
  • Ability to work on a fast-paced team and multitask, managing several simultaneous projects without losing focus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to provide robust audience research to inform acquisition and content strategy
  • Ability to understand the nuances of different audiences and develop authentic content and voice for each audience
  • Proficiency in Analytics and tracking methodologies to measure the quality of social traffic and conversion towards goals
  • Ability to work well with a very wide range of stakeholders
