Maintain responsibility for planning, acquisition, operation, or maintenance of the organization's facilities and properties. Lead the planning and implementation of large programs in the job family function and interface regularly with senior management and executive leadership. Provide advice and counsel to the organization in the area of expertise. Play a role in overall functional strategic planning.
-10+ years of experience with construction management for diverse project types, including new construction, renovation, or maintenance
-Knowledge of USACE process and procedures for project execution
-Ability to research industry trends in construction or construction management and leverage that information for capability and business growth
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required
-BS degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
