Lucas Group has partnered with a leading healthcare organization in Atlanta, GA for an HR Manager of Employee Relations and Recruitment. This role will be responsible for over 20 clinics in metro Atlanta. Responsibilities include coaching and counseling of team members, handling compliance and grievance issues, and developing a strategic recruitment process. The ideal candidate comes from a healthcare background and is familiar with physician and clinician recruitment.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in in business or related field
  • PHR or SPHR certification ideal
  • JD or other advanced degree ideal

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ year of management experience
  • 7-10 years of employee relations and recruitment experience
  • Strong knowledge of EEOC, FMLA, and ADA
  • Taleo system knowledge

Responsibilities:

  • Managing Employee Relations and Recruitment for 28 clinics in metro Atlanta
  • Coaching and counseling of team members, handling compliance and grievance issues, and developing a strategic recruitment process
