Your responsibilities

thyssenkrupp Elevator Americas is currently seeking an experienced  Digital Marketing Manager. 

 

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Vertical Express, you willbe a key cross-functional member of the Vertical Express parts team and work closely with the Elevator AMS marketing team to influence and implement all segments of digital marketing for thyssenkrupp Elevator’s parts business, Vertical Express. Your primary focus will be to work closely with the Vertical Express sales team, factory specialists, information technology and marketing team to help develop, scale, execute and maintain successful digital marketing strategies to meet our Vertical Express business objectives.  You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept toexecution. Your major areas of accountability will include driving consistent implementation of these digital strategies and processes, developing and managing lead generation programs, and leveraging global elevator web assets to further digital marketing effectiveness for Vertical Express.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Working with Director of Spare Parts Sales, develop an ongoing market strategy for our parts eCommerce business, inclusive of both sales and marketing plans
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Work with marketing team and third party vendors to track and improve SEO through monitoring rankings, updating page descriptions, and updating meta-data
  • Monitor and run paid search including PPC and AdWords working with media partners
  • Track success, recommend and implement solutions for email marketing initiatives
  • Ensure campaigns are consistently aligned withoverall marketing strategy across all product and customer segments
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and develop benchmarks
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Stay abreast of and continually evaluate emerging digital marketing technologies

Your profile

  • University degree or college diploma in Marketing or a similar field
  • 5-7 years’ experience in marketing and/or selling eCommerce solutions
  • 2-3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market sales and marketing plans
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce; Magento experience a plus
  • Ability to train internal and external customers oneCommerce solutions
  • Experience in analytical tools used to evaluate efficacy of eCommerce and digital marketing efforts
  • Hands-on experience with a major Email Service Provider or Marketing Automation technical platform (such as Marketing Cloud/Exact Target, MailChimp, Pardot, Marketo, or Eloqua)
  • Experience in GoogleAnalytics, Google Tag Manager and AdWords
  • Data visualization software experience
  • HTML/CSS/JavaScript coding experience highlypreferred
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Strategic, operational, and technical marketing & management skills
  • Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
