The Neurovascular Sales Representative is accountable to achieve sales goals and key business metrics in the assigned territory by flawlessly executing the company’s strategies and tactics. The Neurovascular Sales Representative is responsible to build and maintain relationships with physicians, laboratory staff, key administration and purchasing personnel, in order to grow and develop business. The Neurovascular Sales Representative will execute the selling process in a manner that is concise, compliant, professional, ethical, and persuasive; and which leads the customer to action. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree preferred.

A minimum of 8years of healthcaresalesexperiencerequired. 3-5 years’ experience in a catheterization lab/interventional radiology environment is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous endovascular medical device salesexperience.

 Candidates with documented successful sales performance (high growth, results vs. plan), the ability to target accounts and achieve results through a daily action plan and the ability to collaborate with other J&J associates (peers, marketing, Strategic Account Managers), and KOLs are preferred. Self-starters with strong time management and planning skills are also preferred.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued in one of the 50 United States and a clean driving record. The ability to travel related to this role is required. Candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to the posted territory.
