JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Senior Business Development Associate, the Customer & Sales Support Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our 8,000+ relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

Highlights of the role include:
• Oversight and management of customer data:
‒ Understanding customer data
‒ Accuracy of customer data
‒ Analysis of customer data
• Use customer data to identify ways to increase revenue
• Provide excellent after sales customer service in order to increase customer retention
• Liaise with NDT Territory Managers and Operational staff as required to ensure customers receive excellent service
• Research, cold call and email prospective leads and provide qualified leads to Territory Sales Representatives
• Attend internal meetings as required and other duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:
• Positive and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication skills - oral and written
• Proven prospecting abilities
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excellent in Excel)
• Familiarity with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is considered a plus
• Organized, self-disciplined and professional in demeanor

EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years business-to-business (B2B), customer service and/or inside sales experience
